Al fomentar un sistema alimentario local, el SLVLFC está vitalizando a los agricultores, la economía y el medio ambiente al volver a conectar a los residentes de nuestro Valle con la tierra, las semillas, los agricultores y la cosecha. Estamos aumentando el acceso a la generosidad de la cosecha del Valle de San Luis y tejiendo juntos el tejido de la comunidad.
