Below you’ll find a list of meat producers in the San Luis Valley that sell directly to customers. A few have a storefront, but most you’ll contact directly to order. We’ve noted whether each one offers a whole animal, sides (halves, quarters or eighths), or individual cuts.
Buying from these producers supports local families, farmhands, our local economy, and enhances the soil and ecosystems where the animals graze.
